Dear Reception Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to thank you for the address for consultation tomorrow to address concerns related to my lower and upper jaw alignment. Due to my lower jaw being positioned forward, I am unable to close my jaws properly. This has caused challenges with making eye contact, smiling, and speaking confidently, leading to feelings of inferiority.
